VehicleDekhe is an independent automotive catalog that aggregates ex-showroom prices, estimates localized on-road taxes, publishes variant specifications, and maps authorized dealerships. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Pricing Estimates & On-Road Variations
Ex-showroom prices displayed on VehicleDekhe are sourced from official manufacturer announcements and periodic price bulletins. On-road prices are calculated through our automated regional tax engine, which applies state RTO percentage brackets, municipal fees, and standard insurance. While we strive for daily precision, state governments periodically alter tax slabs, and dealerships may apply local logistics fees or promotional discounts. Users must verify final invoice figures with their authorized local dealership prior to booking.
3. Intellectual Property & Database Protection
All content hosted on VehicleDekhe—including our proprietary RTO tax algorithms, comparative specifications tables, curated dealership directories, graphic emblems, visual styling, and editorial articles—is protected by applicable copyright, database rights, and intellectual property legislation. Automated scraping, bulk data harvesting, robotic crawling for commercial reproduction, or mirroring without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, VehicleDekhe and its officers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance upon pricing calculations, specifications, or dealership interactions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat.
