🧭 Why I Built VehicleDekhe

Buying a car in India has always been needlessly complicated. An OEM announces an attractive ex-showroom price, but by the time a buyer walks into a local showroom in Surat, Lucknow, or Kochi, the real "on-road" price has swelled dramatically due to state RTO levies, municipal taxes, TCS, dealer logistics charges, and bundled accessories.

Worse, existing commercial portals often treat vehicle shoppers merely as sales leads to be auctioned off to multiple dealerships. I founded VehicleDekhe to build something radically transparent: an uncluttered, fast automotive platform where Indian car buyers can inspect accurate variant breakdowns, true state-specific on-road numbers, and honest pros & cons without being bombarded by unsolicited sales calls.
